A my site is ranking position 19 for a term in Google.com but ranks nowhere in the top 10 pages for .ca (canada).
1) the websites extension ends with a .com
2) Hosted in US
Is their anything, I can do off page or on on page that could help this ranking a bit?
Or do I need to host it in Canada or something?
