My main keyword have about 75k searches per month, and my secondary keyword have about 40k searches. It is hack for one game.
Position of my main keyword is #9 and secondary is #13.
I used my pbn(I have 15 deleted domains),web 2.0 (this can be pain in the a**,I tried to order articles but still it is expensive etc),gsa(with tier 2 and tier 3),redirect 301 with domain I bought at same time when I did for money site, and I were building links for about month before I redirected. What should I do now?

I have one person who is offering me 5 guest posts for 150$ (30$ each) and they are really nice domains, let me give more information about them.
    #1 DA - 35
    PA - 40
    TF - 20
    CF - 34

    #2 DA - 32
    PA - 41
    TF - 17
    CF - 26

    #3 DA - 46
    PA - 55
    TF - 10
    CF - 42

    #4 DA - 45
    PA - 54
    TF - 22
    CF - 29

    #5 DA - 31
    PA - 39
    TF - 6
    CF - 24

So these are guest posts, they look legit and all, have a lot of backlinks, but I feel like I could use this money to buy more domains for my pbn. I mean I don't want to risk my site because I did put a lot of time into this site,it should give me about 100$ per day if I rank, maybe even more. So what do you think guys? I opened similar thread but this time I said more info so I think I will get my answer. Do you think these domains should help me or what? Is there chance of my site getting penalized.
Also I was thinking about putting some links to my redirected site on gsa, will this still work? I mean will redirect 301 website pass on juice? Thank you for you time and please answer me.

Personally, if I were you I would avoid those guest posts. Based on the metrics you provided, they seem like somewhat spammy sites and definitely not worth 30 bucks a pop.

Based on TF/CF ratio some of these sites seem spammed, but those metrics aren't the end-all-be-all either. Depending on the quality of those PBN sites you can pick up, it'd definitely go that route.

Those guest post will be basically worthless in a couple of months if they don't stay on the homepage. IMO it's the most overrated (and expensive) linkbuilding technique ever.

Buy more expired/deleted domains for your PBN. Forget the guest posts.

That is what I will do. And keep building web 2.0 and links with gsa.
Also, what do you think, should I go with domains on go daddy auctions,or expireddomains.net?
I used expireddomains.net and it work well for me,should I keep going or what?

As gyuman said, buy more domains. Stay away from guest posts.

If using expireddomains.net is working for you, I don't see why you would change.

Yes it works, but go daddy domains cost more but they are stronger, and also I want to mix things up. Few go daddy domains should help my serp.
Do you build website immediately after you buy domain or what?

I believe there's a 7-day waiting period before domains are transferred to your account after you win an auction if you are buying expiring domains. I don't know how it works for deleted domains as I don't buy deleted domains.

I just paid attention to my powerful blogs sites in PBN( 34 sites). I would say the AVERAGE stats for the most effective site are as follows:
    PR- 2 OR 3
    PA- 17.84
    DA- 28.64
    TF- 15.65

Why? They are all good and legit sites trust me,with DA 25+,up to 45. They don't have spammy links etc.

With the deleted domains that you have bought, are they relevant or have you just gone for power? I am noticing that relevancy is starting to play a bigger role in the effectiveness of a PBN - and I don't just mean retheming a domain like I and many others used to do, I would say that even if they have slightly lower metrics, if you can find domains in your niche with relevant backlinks then these will give you the results you need.
