If you post the screenshot of the Market Samurai (you don't have to reveal keywords), I can give you my thoughts.

Is the top of "Key 3" the profile of the site you are working on?

Anyway I'm going to assume that the top of key #3 is the analysis of the site you are working on.

As far as top 5 for each, if that is the SEO profiles and site you are working with I think you have too much of an uphill battle to climb.

It seems that in each of the keywords the top 5 sites have a lot more authority and are optimized for the keywords you are trying to target.

I can see maybe keyword 2 as some of the results don't really have the on-site optimized, so these just may be the "best of the rest" Google has to offer that can be beat.

Even though many of these results are inner pages, they still have links going to them and are fully on-site optimized.

So unfortunately I think overall you may have picked the wrong words.

Do I think top 10 for these words possible? Probably. There seem to be a few sites that can be knocked over in the 6-10 slots, but for each keyword the top 5 are pretty tough.

When the average PR of page1 is pr4 it's in general a bitch to rank for. Unless non of the sites are optimized so that google just picks random sites, but they are optimized so have fun with it!

dude you need private blog networks for these kw's, those crappy tools won't move a brick, yeah they will move stuff but easy kw's only, why you even bother to find clients when you don't know how to rank sites?

Yesterday I was doing some kw research on the word: "How to lose weight fast" and I saw some crappy site ranking at #1, then I did kw research for "lose weight fast" and again this crappy site was at #1. Then I searched for "lose weight" and again this freaking site showed up at #2 this time.

I was like WTF is this, how can such site rank among the big fellows, then I checked his backlinks and all he used was private blog networks, not a single web2.0 or AMR article thing or scrapebox comments, but ONLY private blog networks. Unfortunatly I couldnt recognize these networks but the spun content was pretty terrible so it wasn't BMR, and based on the layout of the sites it wasn't highPRsociety either. Well these 2 are the only ones that I use so shoot me which one it was instead.

Anyway I would not go for 1 private blognetwork but I would use multiple at the same time, some options:

    - BMR
    - High PR society
    - Link Authority
    - ALN (authority link network)
    - Seo Link Monster (fairly new and too expensive imo but oh well)

I think this are the top5 private networks (at least the ones that I know of). I heard nothing good about seolinkvine btw and it turns out that seolinkmonster is from the same owners and costs $149/month and you can only post to 14 blogs a day. So actually I would remove that one from my list right away :)

I heard people had great succes building 5000 web2.0's and backlinking these with another 10 or 20 thousands web2.0's and 1 million xrumer or scrapebox links. Have fun :D

Going back to your OP, I don't think TT difficulty ratings should be trusted. I'm used to using MS and looking at the charts like the one you posted. I don't use MS anymore since the google stuff stopped working correctly. Now I get reports from TT that say a kw is "relatively easy" to rank for and when I look at the top 10 they all have 10000 BL and PR 4+. It seems like TT puts way too much weight into intitle/inURL stuff and not enough on offpage when they decide if a kw is easy or not.

He probably has 301 redirects from domains with backlinks.
