I was lucky to be given a review copy before the thread went live. And here is my honest review.
I was given 5 links from website with DA20+. I manually check and all the links has been index already.
Although is it almost 6 days now, my site primary keyword has move from position 10 to No.7. Am waiting to see if this 5 links will shoot this keyword to the first 3.
I will report back on my ranking details within a month. (OP, be kind to remember me

My Review:
I just received my report of 5 links as part of a review copy and i'm very happy with the quality of them.
All the sites look clean and have different themes, the posts (already indexed) are 500+ words and quite readable, each with 1 or 2 related images, with my link well placed in a natural way.
Regarding the metrics of the domains they are all PR3/PR4, Aged (average 9 Years) with average PA/DA=22 and TF/CF=10.
Overall this is a quality service provided by the OP, with fast TAT, good communication, and great quality links for a great price.

Review Time!
I just had my review copy finished so it is too early to talk about rankings, but I will give you some information about what I received.
I got a total of 5 posts. While the OP advertises PR, I think this is a useless metric. Instead, I took the time to check out the links and domains themselves.
DA is pretty good and when I went and looked at the domains, they were not spammed! great work.
Article is said to be spun, but it looks decent. It is not perfect English quality, but think of the average 5 dollar article.
A few of them have already indexed and they are not being picked up by trackers so i do believe that these are blocked.
Each article had subheadings, pictures, different theme and each home page only had a total of 5 links before they roll off.
At this price, these would be excellent at ranking small sites fast.

I recieved my review copy report last night but i have already seen huge rank improvement. From no where to 1st page in 5 days. I went through the links and as promised by OP i received two PR 4 and three PR 3 links. Checked all metrics and i am really happy with content that is used. Awesome TAT, got my order in 24 hours. Some of the sellers for this type of service take more than 2 weeks to deliver, so 24 hours TAT is really awesome.
Got 2 images per post related to my niche, and the article are also very decent.
Got links where DA is 20+ and PR3+. Since I received my report today I can't comment about SERP increase, but I think I'll see positive movement.

Now I'll say I was honestly surprised at how much these small posts did. The rankings obviously still haven't settled but they've really helped some pages that were struggling to index let alone rank, with some terms bouncing all the way up to the Top 20 from nowhere.
Like the others to review, I received a total of 5 posts. I've literally just been talking with acotut about the relevance of PR and we agreed that's it almost holding us back from good links nowadays. Calling these PR3 posts almost does them an injustice because they're not spammed and their others stats are better than your avergae PR3.
Now another surprise was the quality of the article. I probably couldn't have given Gary a harder niche to find content for, let alone make it pass Copyscape. Though,he did deliver and I've paid for articles on BHW that claimed to be written by a human that were far worse quality than his spun content.
Finally customer service, something I've been known to slate in past reviews. This may be a Blackhat forum but I still expect professionalism when dealing with my income. Gary is always on Skype, is polite and promptly sent me a thorough report.
My only criticism is entirely constructive, calling these PR3s is doing yourself a disservice. Bar that, no complaints and for the price, well done Gary.

Review: Professional looking blogs and excellent service
Got the review today. OP Delivered within 24 hours. Quality of the articles are great. All the articles are unique and does not look like they are spun but hand written.The Blogs have nice metrics as well with natural links not spammed. ( I checked all of them with Majestic) . Got the 5 link review package: 3 were PR3 and 2 were PR4. The articles are all different, though it's clear that they are spun. They are readable, but some parts don't make sense logically, though they do grammatically. What I mean by that is: imagine a person who wasn't very bright and said some dumb things and occasionally used difficult words he doesn't understand. That's how it comes off. There are plenty of real blogs that are like this.
For the money you are paying, these are great. He included at least 2 pictures in all of them and one had 3 pictures. The article length is solid. The link is properly placed. The topic is on point. Since I just got a report a couple hours ago (and it was only 5 links), I haven't seen any SERP changes, but I'm sure if you get a real package, you'll see a solid improvement. I'm ordering a full package from him based on the review links.

This is one service i was opportune to get a review copy! Was given only 5 High PR 3 blog posts and it pushed my Medium competition keyword from second Pageto the 7 -8 Position on first page for my Main targeted keyword and i moved as up as 3rd position from second page. ONLY from 5 high PR blog posts.
Personally, this service is a kill! imagine what a 40 PR 3 blog post will do!

OP was kind enough to offer me a review copy, here's my honest review.
First, I'd like to say that the websites have a neat design, they're not some default looking crap. The articles too are great looking, using headers, images, subtitles,etc. Definetly would pass a manual review.
Content is decent, it's obviously spun but quite readable.
Stats are really good, PR3+, DA 20+, PA 20+, nice backlink profile, not spammed.
At $1.5 per blog post, you can't go wrong. It's definetly well worth the money, I hope they have a fully automated system because that looks like a ton of work.
Overall, I am fully satisfied with the quality of this service and I would definetly recommend it to anyone, especially if you're on a tight budget.

I was about to check the report expecting the regular quality I usually buy in BHW. But Gary went a step ahead and delivered a great set of links. Everything is PR3+ as promised that's all real PR not manipulated or fake PR. Not just PR, Authority of each domain will definitely impress you with 20+ DA, quality backlinks to all blogs and so many. I didn't see any movements yet as its just completed but I'm sure, it is going to give a great push. Highly recommended. Go for this service, You will never disappointed.

Although I was surprised before because of the long TAT, Gary made me understand why he did that. The posts are spread in 7 days, so Google won't be blown with PBN links in only a day or two.
Ordered the 40 blog package. Gary made a small mistake with the URL's but corrected it right away after I mentioned it. The texts Gary uses are better than a regular spun text, but still not really readable. If you don't speak English very well, I guess you won't see most of the grammar / word errors in the text. For PBN texts they seem pretty good. All posts include images, related to the subjects. Locations of the anchors in the texts don't really make sense, but that doesn't really matter for me.
Domain metrics of Gary's network are really cool, good backlinks and you can almost say the domains got real authority. Is this order worth your money? Definitely! Gary is new on BHW he mentioned, but he already knows how it works & how to deal with his customers

Little update after my first review. Already seeing results (few days after the blogs went live). 4 of the 10 keywords already went up. Haven't got them all in Serpbook but here is an example:

Received my order of 100 PR2+ Today.
After initial inspection:
1. All domains were PR 2 +
2. Nearly half of the domains were PR2 (About 45 of them)
3. Nearly half were PR3 (Again, about 45)
4. I had a handful of PR4 and also a PR5.
At 1.60 a post, I normally would not dream of a PR5 domain, even with spammed metrics. This is a great deal.
For your typical PBN links I normally spend a lot more when outsourcing. This was a steal.
OP contacted me multiple times to keep me up to date on order and finished the order quickly. I would recommend.

Purchased 100 links, Site's keywords came from almost nowhere to page 2 on 11th position. Used 4-5 keywords and 4 of them are ranking. If I used lesser number of keywords, I could have been to page1.

It took me a little while to look things over but placed my order on June 25th and saw improvements on keywords fairly quickly but held off to get a longer term idea of who the order would do today the 7th of July I am still seeing good movement for the keywords I supplied. so I would recommend at this point. My review would be on a case per case basis.
My first was a disappointment I must say, the link was a Youtube video, which is probably one of the easiest to rank. Unfortunately, the links I bought from them didn't helped my video at all, so I had to ditch this project as I've just wasted my $60 on these kind of incompetent results.
I ordered again for a different project, this time I liked the results. From nowhere to 7th page, hoping for it to climb higher as the links get indexed. It's okay but the result posted here is an oversell. So don't expect too much from this service.
I ordered again for the 3rd time. Hoping for a good results again.

Review: I received report one week ago. Nice report with all links and metrics. Articles are spun but readable and Copyscape passed. According to Scrapebox 1/3 of links are indexed. Big jumps in Serps - Main Keyword from #210 to #11, other three keywords #34 - #11, #25 - #15, #30-#11 and dance between page two and page one. Good service i will buy again for sure. Thanks Gary.
