I have two people working for me. I will give them both a domain and a not so competive keyword. The deal is: They fill some content to the site and try to rank for it on google, if they get in top 5 (And can hold it for several days) they get 10$. But how to help them to rank as fast and whitehat as possible? Just make them build very high quality backlinks? I just know how to rank blackhat style -KillerUMF
That already is very blackhat -> get others to do all the work to have your sites ranked for just $10 per site... You might want to check the whitehat section for working WH methods...

you're gonna have to pay before hand first of all (or at least a downpayment) and a lot more than $10.
For these people 10$ is like a million. The trick is where to find this people I also give them a lot of work beside the ranking so theyre always sure to make some money.
