First off: NONE OF THIS WILL WORK IF YOUR CONTENT IS S#IT.

For the past 2 years (almost) since I've gotten into the Youtube Partner Program, I've been trying out new ways to grow.

I had success getting one of my videos to rank for a highly competitive keyword about 2 years ago before I took a long 11 month break and I'm still receiving views and $ from that to this day. I was able to rank that video with views from smm and also views from advertisements, and one day it took off and never stopped.

I've been a member of BHW for a long while now and as we all know youtube success comes from 3 things: CTR, Retention, Views (the value of each is subjective). This is the lifeline of any channel and the only way to survive. I've figured out a way to rank my videos successfully on competitive keywords time and time again since returning to the platform with my still small channel fighting with the big dogs of my niche (gaming videos) and as the title says, it requires collaboration with different methods. Obviously you can grow organically with a lot of time and effort with no black hat methods. But I've cracked a code for small channels to have a fighting chance. From what I've noticed no one method alone will work, ads; microworker and account farm take too long and get too expensive, too much smm and you get shadow banned. You have to do things in moderation and stop trying to rush a process that's supposed to take people years. I wont get too in depth since we know there's some google snakes in our BHW grass.

OKAY enough with the introductions, I've been able to rank my videos AND keep my CTR high (I try to aim for 7%+) on my videos with a small channel (sub 10k) and here is my method

1. Post a GOOD VIDEO with a GOOD THUMBNAIL AND TITLE, this is the first and MOST important part. You can throw money at a video all day and get it to rank. But if the content is bad you will lose that rank just as fast as you gained it and possibly get shadowbanned (trust me I learned the hard way with a few of my videos during trial and error) ; use tools like vidiq to see how your title and thumbnail will look around your competitors and use your better judgement. Don't be biased about yourself and also see if your friends would click on your video vs the competition based solely on Title and Tumbnail. I CANNOT stress enough how important this is, real people searching for a video will know what is and isn't good content.

2. Start off your views journey with a small amount of High Retention Views, i tend to do around 50% of my subscriber count in high retention views (usually around 75%+ retention) on the first day of posting. I typically wait about 12-24 hours just to see what my organic numbers are. I also mix that in with some external based views (if your smm has "social media" views those work perfect). Too high of retention does get flagged especially on videos 10 minutes plus but we can fix this later on. ( I dont touch smm comments, but if you do i would keep it around 1% of your subscriber count )

3. At the same time I start a microworkers job, telling them to search for my video (and watch 50%) using KEYWORDS that I give them and have them find the video with a screenshot (they can use the date uploaded tab to find it easily I dont see this having a negative effect) I upload to the job, and I have them watch half of the video and provide proof by sending a screenshot of there watch history (I do not ask for comments or subscriptions because the comments they leave are usually not relevant to the video and the subscription will be dead anyways.) Make sure you require they provide proof of there watch history, do not accept a screenshot of them "watching" the video. They don't always watch 50% but that's fine anyways because we need to bring down the retention of the video so that its not as suspicious.

4. Do the same as Step 3 with your farm and bot, search for different keywords, find your video watch comment like, and if its capable have it watch another video in suggested of the same niche. I do this for a few hours with each account ( requires a decent computer to run multiple accounts at the same time) I also use rotating proxies, I haven't noticed drops or issues with rotating proxies.

5. Once all of these are complete, I know start making ads on youtube, facebook, twitter, reddit, tiktok, etc etc, everywhere that takes $1 ads for media content I make a ad for the video. target your niche and let it go. Me personally I have a channel trailer that I have running forever at $1 a day i also uploaded it to my other socials and have ads running on it there, you gotta use all your social medias not just youtube, and for my most recent video I have at $5 a day for 1 week (i upload weekly) I've noticed this nets me typically 1-2 subscribers per day and a few hundred views per day also. This also helps you rank and take retention down, but it does not help with CTR, that's what you have to balance with microworkers and your own account farm

6. I watch my analytics for the video every few hours and I repeat steps 2-5 once a day everyday keeping my ctr at a decent level until you start to see your video creep up the rankings for your keywords, as you get more views your retention will eventually start to come down, there you can use some high retention views to bring it back up again but not too high% i would say your average should be between 30% and 50% but again that's where once again, actually having good content you would watch yourself is key. As long as your CTR wont drop dramatically shadowbanning your video and if your content is good your retention will be decent enough to where youtube will continue to promote you.

I believe in all of you, there's enough money and views to go around for all of us
but you HAVE TO PUT IN THE EFFORT to make good quality videos and yes spend a little money to get there.

Ill answer as many questions as I can but I will not be giving up any information about my smm or the bot that I use, google and the marketplace is your friend in those aspects.

Thank you for reading and keep creating.

yes you are great bro congrats for the trip,

I'm still having trouble raising special keywords, it's difficult. I've done the 4th method but it doesn't last long, any suggestions?

thank you!

and yeah its difficult for some keywords, because you are battling with giants, so you have to really choose your keywords carefully, i try to go for keywords where theres 1 or 2 100k+ views and only a few 10k+ views. but also have to chose a topic that isnt dead or else no one will be searching for it

can i ask something? because I'm also not chasing dollars but just to increase video rankings, I work in slot casino advertising and I'm confused how to raise it in a different way, maybe I think your niche is more public, that's for sure isn't it. maybe there are things I ask more personally if you allow me to pm you

good info. so social signals help to not get the account shadow banned? have you had issues where your yt acc totally gets showeled down or is that temporary ? i used to run an account with bot views and it felt like i had been shadowbanned forever

from what i noticed, things like direct or unknown plays, youtube ads, other youtube features, external, and notification views do not affect your ctr, so plays coming from social media wont boost or lower your CTR, so it can just help you with ranking

Thankyou for your share bro.

I would like to ask, about smm "likes", do you use them? does it do any good to the video?

smm likes i havent noticed do any good really for the video, i would just have the micro worker like the video instead because then its a registered like from a person that actually watched the video

I find this thread very meaningful. Best.

For example, if I buy tens of thousands of channel subscribers to get a video on the Fastest Rising Ranking, and get 100,000 views instantly on the video, do you think the video will be ranked?

Congrz you rolled it well. I liked the way you played on the 3 success factors on youtube. I have 2 questions for you :
How much it costed you to start getting decent organic traffic ?
Will this method works for a startrd channel with no subs ?

Thanks for sharing :)

i dont think im allowed to link, but just the usual microworker sites
Can you inbox me? I used to use similar methods to rank before but i cant seem to find a good panel or microworkers.

Do you think its needed to use a bot or farm , if I do everything you asked to do , is it going to work? I could also spend more money for high retention views instead of the view bot ?
