    Hey guys,

Quick question here. I want to rank 50 pages of my site that all have the same or similar content. Basically Im looking to do "my keyword + state" to try and rank my site for those local searches by state that my target audience does.

Would just changing my h1, h2, etc be sufficient..or would I have to have different content on each page? All of the content is similar btw so Im not sure how I could obtain different content, unless I used spun content?

I guess Im confused as how I can target my services by state with SEO.

Anyways, looking forward to your responses. Hopefully somebody out there has done something similar.

    Thanks!

    Tom

From what I've heard (and I am no expert... yet), that what you've described would not do well. You do not want 50 pages with 90% the same content... you want each page to have 95%+ unique. Even if page has similar information, rewrite each page and ensure that it's unique.

    Thanks for that.

Thats what I figured, just wondering if anybody had success ranking pages by state.
