So I setup my Bing Webmaster Tools a couple of days ago and already am ranking for some keywords in 1st place.

Does Google also check rankings of other search engines to compare/consider and adjust his own?

I have no idea if this can happen or not and just pulled this question out of the hat...

If you get very low bounce rate then targeted bing traffic can help indirectly. Like one of my site ranks top in bing and the traffic i am getting from bing and yahoo is giving me less then 10% bounce rate so it can send a indirect signal to google that this site is very engaging for user and might help a little in future google ranks.
