Ranking GMB Without A Website?

Hey guys

I have a friend that runs a local business that uses FB to get clients.

He has a GMB but it's not optimised and updated.

He is keen on trying to rank his GMB as another source of leads.

Is it possible for a local business GMB to rank in the map pack without a website?

It is possible, a web is highly recommended and will contribute, but still you can make it happen with enough optimization and hard working on constant updates.

You definitely can. You'll be limited to the GMB radius, which would be around 3 miles or so, and if it's a SAB you're at an even bigger disadvantage.

Make sure the free GMB site is published.

Yep, exactly. Those can rank organic as well as helping your map pack rankings.

Yes, GMB website is good alternative. What can help him to get better ranking beside building manually Citations are Data aggregators.
