    I am new to SEO.
I start building black links with GSA for my tier 1(web 2.0) 2 week before. However, my ranking dont go up any more few days before
    My keyword is low competition
    Here is my link profile..

    Tier 1: 5 web 2.0 ( 1 article each, all articles are 100% uniqueness 500 words)
Tier 2: around 1650 verified links. I submit it to Article, Blog comment, Directory, Document Sharing, Exploit, forum, guestbook, Microblog, social bookmark, scoial network, web2.0 and wiki
    no tier 3

    What should I do now?
build more web 2.0 in tier 1?
    build tier 3?
    use index service?

    Thanks;)

1 article each web 2.0 is very low, try atleast 5 each, add about, privacy, etc... 5 just begin, make more and make some sb, guest post, pbn, etc...
Tier 2: make sure all your backlinks index in google. you can add tier 3 campain then put that via indexing service and use scrapebox to index the tier.

    good luck.

Hope you understand me because my english is very bad.

    - Build more tier 1 links. 5 is not enough.
    - Build more tier 2 links.
    - Add tier 3 links to the mix with even higher volume.
    - For better results, use an indexing service to index your tier 2 and tier 3 links to avoid wasting link juice.
    - Be patient. You won't rank overnight.

Adding more articles to the web 2.0s won't make any difference SEO-wise. Btw, your English is not very bad :).

    1) Build out your tier 1 properties. If these are subdomains, add more pages and keep it updated. You'll probably need more than just 5 too.
    2) Don't build so many tier 2s. All you need is about 20-50 high quality ones for each tier 1. Try to keep majority of this tier contextual. Focus on mostly web 2.0s, blog posts, do-follow blog comments, doc sharing, etc. Also make sure you're using very unique spun articles for tier 2 (readability doesn't matter so much for this)
    3) Tier 3 is where you should be going for quantity to pass link juice to your tier 2s as well as get them all indexed. Send these to your tier 2 contextuals.
    4) Be patient. Rankings don't happen overnight.

Also make sure your on-page seo is correct. No follow those affiliate links and don't do any keyword stuffing.

This. Overoptimization will kill your rankings, no matter how many backlinks you build.

That is the problem imo. Those 5 half naked web2.0s are waste of time. Throw some PBN links to your site and don't forget about diversification.

Buy quality links from PBN. Better yet build your own.

Some top private blog network owners are using multiple A class IPs.
