Ranking an entire channel on YouTube within a niche?!

Hello I have noticed a few times now when searching for a keyword, that some channels will actually show up over videos ranking #1. I’ve asked a few seo “experts” how this can be done and no solid answers have been found. So I’m wondering. Can this be done with enough social signals or do you think there needs to be x number of videos within the niche for YouTube to just put your channel right on top of everyone’s videos?

Channel name had no correlation, but channel tags just include the niche it doesn’t seem anything but average in that regard

Yes this can be done but again it depends on the niche, I have gotten my channel to rank for a certain key word but thats because my channel had the keyword in its name. That and you have to send social signals to work. I think its a mix of channel tags and videos. So if you want to rank for the word Lofi Hip Hop beats, which is very competitive, you would have to have that keyterm in your channel name, channel tags, and have a couple videos with the term in the title, tags, and description. And with a bit of grinding you should be able to rank your channel for that key term. In about a month, I think I should be able to get my channel to rank for a search term that gets about 100K searches according to vidIQ, just been patient with it

If your channel is big enough and the channel tags contain a few times the keyword you searched, it will show you the channel in the top 5 positions.

What u need is to do real engagement
1) search and found the video (search organic and found the correct video by the keywords u want to rank and watch)
2) like
3) share in 2 social media (minimum 2)
4) sometime can do also comments
Note: it’s work good for new videos

need to do it often if u want to keep on your ranking video!

need to do minimum from 100 different users in first time and than waiting 1-3 days and check the rank if not rank keep do it in second day and more
Need follow after your ranking

remember good video with subs titles Will stuck for more time!
In the end u will got real views if they like it organic u will can grow up if not u lost your time
