I have a website that I am trying to rank for using standard SEO techniques. I have registered the domain a few months ago with little success. The website is stopsnoringmouthpieceguide and I am trying to rank for the term "stop snoring mouthpiece". I am also trying to rank for the other pages on this website.

I have sent out a few blasts using Scrapebox with a couple hundred links each time.

I have posted an article on Hubpages with a link back to my site and "stop snoring mouthpiece" in the anchor text of the link.

I have posted an article on Articlesbase - same as above in link.

I have posted an article on Ezinearticles - same as above in link.

I have social bookmarked the site to a few sites including Digg.

I have been unable to rank the site at all. If anyone has any tips please let me know if I am missing anything. My goal is to get the site on the first few results of google and add adsense to it.

It seems that even with a number of links, the site has not gone anywhere. I am using most of the techniques listed on this site but seem to not be having any luck.

I want to register additional domains and create additional micro niche sites, but am concerned if I cannot rank them in anywhere in google. If anyone has any site analyzer tools that they can use to possibly analyze my site and make suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

Serp : 206th position for main keyword

    861,000 competition for "keyword"

I see it quite difficult to rank

    Best advice you can get.

SEO is a long-term game, especially if you choose to go in to a competitive nische. Learn how to do stuff white hat first.. then, once you succed.. you can automate tasks with the help of tools.

You have to know how to walk before you run.

I hope you did the most important thing of seo, your domain is your main keyword?
don't stop posting good content on your site, at least three articles for a week, same time your doing this you need to keep posting good articles to all the other sites you are linking to your money site, don't just do one article and stop your work, you need to be at this at least three months before you start to see some serious results, don't think that because some one give you five steps, you do it and you will be on the first page of google.
you need to multiply those five steps by 20 to see some cool results.
    good luck,

Time is very important. I have noticed my niche sites moving to the top 10 within 3 - 5 months with a new domain. Like everyone said keep adding content and getting some good links.

I used micro niche finder to find the keyword "stop snoring mouthpiece" It gave the green light. Does anyone find this keyword to be too saturated?

Also, I do have the keyword in my domain.
