Ranking a large amount of spam pages

Since YouTube is always getting me banned, I'm wondering if anyone thinks Facebook will be any better. Is it easy to rank a lot of spammy pages in google with only fake likes and not much real page interaction?

Every time i look on google its at least 1 facebook page ranking with 200 words of content, 10k spam GSA links and 5k-10k likes.

Its that easy with Facebook.
