I bought rankerx yesterday, today I am facing login issue. I tried contact them via messenger. they didn't reply, then i send mail to support. They simply send a message like "try again". I tried many times, but it is not opening. it shows error like " there is currently running instance of the software elsewhere. Please deactivate this before continue." I am using this software in my device only (one only). They stole my money and they didn't respond. Is any other solution is there?

dont worry, they have fake users here who want to argue that rankerx is the best thing created next to sliced bread... they will help you out

I have had the same issue today, emailed them and nothing back. There have been issues for ages with the OSX version. I am going to get my money back from Paypal, as I have had months of problems.

Asked for refund from Paypal, cannot wait for these jokers anymore. When I opened the case, I was able to upload 8 screens over the last year of emails to these muppets! I have had problems for a whole year with updates and things going wrong with the RankerX system, wish I was able to pull back more of a refund! If anyone is thinking of using RankerX, well don't, it's gone bad. I have been using for the last two years and always had problems.

I was using this because of the OSX integration, I don't suppose there is anything else like this that is not PC?

now They Have the worst support. I deactivated last month.
They do have the worst support of any online service/product I have used, you are right there!

I got a refund a few days ago, but they have closed my account stupidly as well. Despite me quoting months of problems using it I made it very clear that I would settle for just one months refund and I wanted to still try and stick with it. I have invested a huge amount of time learning the software and I told them that.

It seems they either don't listen or simply cannot comprehend basic english.

I never had such an issue. You may try to reset your password from the Admin panel and then login.

Thanks, they have just replied from Support and sorted it. So I am going to continue and hopefully bring more positive experiences back here.

Like I said, I have invested a lot of time in learning RankerX, it does work, it's just it can be very frustrating with these breaks.
