    Main keyword in red.

All pages are indexed on Google. Sitemap OK. Five months site.

    Keyword density - 3.5%

May this be the issue ?

Usually the sites that rank well in google are doing a whole lot more of something than you are. You probably need to identify those differences and be more competitive.

maybe you are over optimizing that keyword or it is jumping. Serp book is not always accurate. Search for your keyword in google and use control + F to search the first ten pages

Which tool are you checking density with? I've found it can vary wildly

Few months ago my new site like week old was ranking first five spots in bing and yahoo and after 5 weeks I started appearing in page 2-3 of google and then my rankings from bing and yahoo disappeared and it is still the same to this day, I just have better rank at google atm. Still don't know why.

I find if I share a post on my Google+ account it will (at least temporarily) rank on first page for a free boost.
Maybe you could try that just to see if it appears then? It shows up in Google within seconds usually.

You should compare your page with those on the first page ranking for the main keyword. Look at keyword densitty, content length, backlink profile, anchor text ratios etc.
