    Hi my dear friend,
My site which ranked at the 1st of google, the domain was reported by the fucking competitor to the domain company resellerclub.com, in April 27th
Then the fucking resellerclub suspended my domain, after I contacted with them times and times, they give me a reply to delete the contents in the hosting for domain registration.
I deleted the contents as soon as possible and replied the resellerclub for domain release for me, now so many days gone, i have not received their response :(
Now my domain is only a nude domain without any contents.

I wonder the fucking company mabe want to suspend the domain forever, but now my domain nothing but only a domain :(
Is there any great and kind friend could explain for me that does a domain company such as the resellerclub has the authority to suspend a domain forever?
And is there any suggestions for my domain release? :(

    Big Big Thanks,

Never use crappy registrars like that. Use companies like Namecheap only for domain registrations. I've bad experience long back, years ago when I was a newbie too with resellerclub's sister company.

Ask them to release the domain or that you'd sue them (send a legal notice). Tell them you will move the domain to other registrar so they shouldn't have any issues.

I feel your pain... I had that happen to a $xx,xxx/mth site about a year ago. It's a bit of a pain in the ass, but quite easy to rectify (assuming the reason in your case is similar to mine).

It was a .co.uk, and for some reason the initial registration had gone fine, but in the months after, the non-existent street name that I'd used caused the domain to get flagged/suspended.

I sent the registrar the 'correct' info, and they 'updated' it. I used info that was verifiable (eg, I could, if requested, send a copy of photo ID for that person at that address), but no verification was requested. It was all sorted in about 48-72 hours.

Hi there, we're a bit confused as to why your domain would've been suspended without a substantial reason. We'd like to look into this further to get some clarity and speed up the process if it is, in fact, pending from our end. To help with this, we request you to kindly PM us your Name, Reseller ID, and Support Ticket ID. If you are having trouble PMing us here, you can send us a PM on our Facebook page as well with your details (Link to FB). Hope we can work this out & resolve your issue at the earliest! Looking forward to receiving the details from you.

    Regards,
