for that you will need to follow certain On-Page factors which can be found just about anywhere oh and make sure you have a good quality video, OP there are tonnes of threads on this forum that deal with YT ranking follow one and see for yourself...
There are a lot of good tutorials on ranking your videos, if you do a little search you will find a lot of them.
Anyways, treat your video like a website, build links to it, add social shares to it, and most importantly add views, likes and comments to your video. This should give a good start.
Best of all would be to have a really interesting video, otherwise it will be difficult to bring it up in search results. It doesn't matter if its not a great edit, but the content should be great. Also it would help if you create a youtube channel of your own where you can upload more videos - also with good content, create great titles and description for them (seo friendly). Anyway, whatever you do, I repeat it now - interesting content is the key for people to share it and ultimately rank 1st in search results!
