    Hey all,

    One question that needs answers...

Will I rank for "Hunting Duck" if I buy HuntingDucks.com, note the "s" at the end.

I need to get a domain but as in the above example HuntingDuck.com is taken, will I rank for the term if I add an "s" at the end of it?

Let me know please, don't want to waste money on domainers LOL :p

Honestly can't say for sure and maybe a vet will step up and share their experience, but I have a similar situation, expect I needed the "s" added but it was not available. I bought it without making the word singular and I actually rank on page one for the keyword with the "s" and page two without the "s" which matches my domain. So in my experience I would say yes you should be able to rank even with and "s".

Make sure your on site/off site(appropriate anchor text) seo targets "Hunting Duck" and I think you will rank. I have domains like you are talking about and I rank for both keywords.
