but aren't all of those people just hyping their own services, used 2 services from here think it was smmturk and lionfollow or something both kinda garbage either not working, high drop, and false retention advertisment

Yes, that's right. The GEO and traffic source of the views are very important factors to consider.

what is a good traffic source? also i can t seem to find a service which offer something that ticks all the boxes example Usa views, non drop, high retention, multiple sources

Another point the other videos are 5k so how do you know the 50k is not inflated ? Well it's ranking right? But low comp so it might be

Is the content made by that guy really good? How is the response like comments? If there is lot of engagement, it might be impossible to replace him with new channel.
