    Hello
i just lauchned my new site, its a big sites with around 100 000 pages. Now i want to rank all the subpages for longtail keywords.
My question is what is the best way to do this, should i build links to the main page or to the subpages and what kind of links i should build / buy.
I have 500 USD for linkbuilding and i can code scripts for web2.0 posts etc.

Hope u guys have some ideas for me!

Holy crap you just released 100k pages in one day? Why not drip fed? Is it unique content? You will need a much bigger budget than 500 if you want to rank all of them. You would need to spend $500k even if you just bought fiver gigs for each page. The authority of the domain definitely plays a part when ranking inner pages but you will still likely need links directly to those pages too.

Your best bet is probably to buy GSA and some proxies to go crazy link building. It doesn't sound like a quality project anyway - more of a "quantity" approach.

Well with 100k pages you should be getting traffic from very longtails. Though if you are not getting any visitors i would check the onpage seo and see if you can make adjustments.

I would firstly invest time in working with my onpage seo and then I would invest the $500 in a niche related to my niche.

    100,000 pages? Holy cow!

First, I would make sure your on page seo is on par. Here's a good guide by PHPBUILT. As for ranking, I dare say you'll need a little more than $500, but its a start. Ideally, you'll want to build links to both your homepage and inner pages. Check the BST's here and see whats on offer.

As said above I think you need way more than 500 dollars. Is your content spun?

First i want to thank u guys for the fast reply. Well the Content is parsed from other sites (also a bit own), on-page seo should be fine, the keywords i try to rank with the subpages are very easy keywords. Should i focus on mainpage at beginning or should i build backlinks for the subpages and what kind of links. Example-Sites would be nice so i can start to write scripts for those.

Build links to all of them with a lot of randomized keywords. Should give them all a boost. But DAMN 100k that fast LOL. Good luck my man..

First of all you need to get them indexed before you can do anything. If the pages don't have unique content, good luck. #2, the only way to rank that many inner pages is to focus on domain authority, which means building links to homepage and category pages that distribute link juice. Trying to build links to each page is a waste of time.

Quite honestly, I don't see this working too well at all. If you're going to really go for that quantity with how things are done the past few years, you're going to get shot. All that hard work won't pay off as you have imagined it would. Go a bit slowly, put quality in your site. You might still save it. But yeah, go for longtail, target oddly specific keywords that might help you get some traffic to get started with.

As long as they are low competition keywords, those 100K pages will rank on their own without building any links to them. Build links to a few of them to reduce the percentage of your backlinks going to your homepage and build more links to the homepage to increase it's authority. Proper internal linking should be employed so that link juice can flow to the deeper pages in your site's architecture.

Hope your 100 000 pages are drip feed creation and unique content too. You may build links to your sub pages (Long tail keywords). Is your site e-commerce industry ?

With $500 it can be done
But publishing 100k pages in a few days on a new site will definitely get you a big slap from google
Personally I would do nothing for 6 months
let google find and index them naturally

If your site is still healthy in 6 months
PM me and i will teach you what to do

OP,100,000 page is a really really really large site (that wasnt an exaggeration). not sure what the motive is but anyone with an overnight 100,000 pages are just waving a big flag as asking google to slap on ***.. you know what i mean. Hope this was dripfed over months and years....

In terms of ranking, the first key step is get your website structure water tight with silos built in and juice flowing where you want to. pages with haphazard flow mean nothing. Once the structure is sorted, i would suggest getting onsite sorted and then build the authority links to top as well as tier 1 on the website structure.

    Good luck..

Here a small Update: ~55% of the pages are now indexed by google, so now i want to start with linkbuilding.
My Question now is lets say the pages target a keyword like: [name] plays very good (name replace with anything)
should i build now backlinks to my mainpage with "plays very good" or what archor i should use.
