    August total earnings

Hey guys, today marks the end of August and I have totalled up my entire earnings from Fiverr affiliates + the rank and rent sale I made earlier this month and it is a combined $2,160.00.

I have surpassed my $2,000 monthly target. Hopefully September brings even more success. Thanks for those tuning in to this journey, it is keeping me motivated.

Congrats on your earnings bro, really impressive. There's something I was wondering about renting your website, it might be a stupid question though. Let's site it's about roofers for example and you want to "rent" it, but what exactly do you do in that case? you redirect your domain to the guy? or you do a "Top roofers in ny" with his name on it?

    Hey man, thanks.

For the renting, I simply overlay their site/landing page depending on which one I think is the best scenario so when users reach the page via SERPS, it shows their site/landing page rather than the page I created.

Are you using fiverr banner or your own button/banner designs?

Is overlaying better than redirecting? I mean, when they click the link on your site in Google, it will be redirected to the client's website?

I use text hyperlinks in the content as opposed to banners. I may use a new marketing strategy for certain local pages where I rent out banners for a cheaper price so I can grab clients who can't afford to rent out the entire page.

Yeah it's better than redirecting since it'll land exactly on the clients site.

    September earnings update:
    Hey guys,
Sorry for not keeping you guys updated. Last week has been hectic so had less time to keep you posted. My earnings are pretty stable now with the site. In the last 4 days, I have made $425 from affiliate earnings on my Rank and rent website.

I am now going to entirely focus on bringing in new clients for the website rental and try rent out 3 pages this month at $800 per month each. This would maintain my $2,000 per month earnings and would add on to my Fiverr affiliates earnings.

I'll be emailing a few leads this month which I have collected from Google SERPS. These leads are from page 2 onwards on the SERPS.

One thing I recommend is to avoid the contact forms on the websites. From past experience, these contact forms are useless for marketing as it either doesn't get read or it gets deleted. Try finding their actual email for you to contact so you can get contact directly.

Now writing up an email draft which I will send to 50 businesses by the end of next Tuesday. I'm focusing more on quality rather than quantity as I don't want to email 100s per day. I'm hoping to land a client by next week to rent out a page for a keyword which is currently sitting at #5. Thinking of pricing it at around $400-$600 per month but will negotiate once a client seems interested.

I have it outsourced from a buddy of mine who has his agency. However he is on vacation right now and won't be free until November so I have to find new content writers.

Interesting model and one thing that is not very clear to me is overlaying other landing page. Google is okay with that? It's some kind of cloaking I assume?

Yep, Google still reads the content underneath. Doesn't affect rankings whatsoever

Do your affiliates buy something after your service . I have read that I'd users from affiliate are not converting after the first order they monitor the account

Yes they're real buyers. I didn't incentive them to buy anything so they're natural buyers. They go back and purchase other gigs in a normal buying window.

I get your point but incase say only 2 buyers are repeated customers and they do not have the intention to buy ahead . So that's what you can't control but then Fiverr will interfere

That's always a risk with these CPA incentive based offers. I personally haven't had bad luck with this but it may be something that occurs.

Haha, it's probably because of the wackiness of the niche and using rank and rent to actually generate sales.
