I have a very specific keyword domain name and all i will say is that its in a very competitive niche. The very first website which is in google for that keyword is nt a keyword domain but has 166686 backlinks to it.

Now fact is that the keyword domain that I have bought is aged and is extremely suitable for the cause. Who can get me what I want? I do have budget but i need a smart approach. PM me if you are an expert. Lets discuss.

Well quantity of backlinks aren't everything. You can find many, many cases where a site with a smaller number of very relevant backlinks will outranks sites with 10's of thousands of backlinks. It's just a matter of approaching your backlinking with a better strategy.

My suggestion is to first look at my thread: SEO - Understanding the Simulation.
That isn't going to give you specific advice, but rather give you a better overview of the type of strategy you'll need to outrank that well established of a site. Using the concept in that thread work out a strategy to get very relevant backlinks. Get as many as you can but concentrate on the quality.

Once you have a strategy planned out, then go into the bst threads and start buying backlinking packages that will suit that strategy. You want to get backlinks from all types of sources. You want them to be highly relevant. You want to get as many as you can from authority sites. Get as many as you can from D0follow sources, but remember even a nofollow link from a big enough authority site can cause organic backlinks to start growning as well.

Good luck to you. Outranking an established site in a very competetive niche will be a big challenge. It can be done, but not by jsut blasting out backlinks, you're really going to need to follow a strategy to overcome them in relevance.

The best way to outrank such sites is to buy home page links with good PR. If you have enough money sure. :) As well as to generate a huge pack of 0PR backlings with good anchors.
