Rank drop because of spam,what to do with the link juice?

Hello guys,
i had an domain ranked nr3 in google in a competitive niche,i reach that position with spam but yesterday the rank has dropped to place 50-60.
My question is what to do with the links that the domain has?
To 301 redirect them to the new site that i am building related to the previous?
Or
To redirect it to another related site but i haven't use spam methods for this site,so i don't want to risk it.
Any other suggestion is welcome.
