Rank 1st in Organic for keyword but not ranked in Local Google map

I am rank 1st for my primary keyword but not found at my Local Google Map listing, not even in the top 10. What could be the reasons?

I saw on some site that the reasons could be lack of "local citation" on other business directory or local country domain backlinks.

Anyone got any idea?

Location of my office, i don't think I had any issue with it as my office is very near my search location.

AFAIK, local citation, reviews and content optimized for local search plays a key role in local ranking.
Is your Google My business account registered with all the details and optimized for ranking?

Yes, local citation is much needed factor. Also, check your busines listing have all the required info filled and the title and description over there are good, finally do you have any reviews on your listing? if not get few.

Onsite Local SEo,offsite Local SEO and SMM etc

Onsite Local SEO contains Title,Desp,NAP,Schema,Map embed etc

Offsite will have Citations, Maps citations, Data aggregators,Web 2.0,Bookmark, Increase authority of citations etc

SMM will contains posts on social media..

Apart from these there are too many factors to rank..
