Random paypal links while blasting ...?

    Hey, i was blasting links with GSA, and started to see strange links:

    20:55:53: [+] 052/180 registration successful - https://www.paypal.com/sg/cgi-bin/w...9bf0224adecfb0124e9b61f737ba21b081981b5bc1bed

    21:06:53: [+] 024/121 registration successful - https://www.paypal.com/sg/cgi-bin/w...9bf0224adecfb0124e9b61f737ba21b081981b5bc1bed

    What are those links ? They seem rather suspicious, i disabled them with the 'skip sites' setting, but they still keep popping up here and there. Could they pose any threat to paypal account ?
