Random Generated Words on my Website

I have website I created experimentally on one .net domain. I did not know what should I do so I created something like this...

All combinations of letters starting with "a" to "zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz" (15xz). In header there is some normal text-content that contains "main" keyword. In footer I created Random words. Random lenght 1-15 and random letters....
Now Google started to index that website....

I think this domain will be banned in few weeks. What are you think? This is pure spam... But what about this website...

I will let google index about 1-2.000.000 pages and if that happen I will put adsense too.... What are u think?

I did a little research...
Keyword "goggle" 2.7 milions monthly searches
Keyword "gogle" 9 milions monthly searches
Keyword "googel" 3.3 milions monthly searches

So this is just example mistakes of main keyword "google". What about other mistakes "Yahu" "Fes Book"...
I put Google adsense 1 day and got 3$ that day... I think I will gain more and more traffic every day. Will google ban my website? Should I use Adsense or not??

I think you might have accidentally enabled some random generators. I suggest you to find whether you have enabled such or not.
