I've had some success earlier using random content mixed with my keywords I'm targeting.

The paragraphs were of course unreadable, but they were keyword dense and unique, and I placed them beneath parts of my site where I didn't care if visitors saw or not.

Before I repeat this, I just want to check if anyone else has experience with this, or has an opinion on it. So what do you think?

I added an RSS newsfeed on one of my sites and was getting traffic from keywords that had nothing to do with my niche, very long tailed keywords -- however I'm not sure if it converted. I don't think adding a little can hurt you, add too much and the spiders won't be able to tell what your site is about :)

If quality word is important in your diary or strategy then you should avoid it because search engines values it...

It's just like stuffing keyword and you know how search engine reacts with that...

Google Mayday algorithm change has affected this random keyword rich content. It's for sure that the latest algorithm determines quality content from random content.

That's a really outdated SEO technique. Even if it did help in your serp position, which is pretty much agreed that it won't anymore, all you're going to do is annoy anyone that turns up on your page. About the only thing the traffic would be good for is hijacking, and it probably won't even do you that much good even then.
