Ran StatBlaster then the results 14.5 hours later...

Here are my results:

Started with my cut down url.txt of 26,000 some odd urls this list includes NO .cn or .jp

Site 1
Before - 8 BL's when searching google withing quotes "www.*****.com"
After - 414

Site 2
Before - 3 BL's when searching google withing quotes "www.*****.com"
After - 267

SiteBlaster was run at 12am CST 2/19/10

Results are from 2:30pm CSY 2/19/10

Hello mo4damoney,

I was just reading through the thread for statblaster. Thanks for posting your results. I will make sure to try this out.

One question, is there an SEO related reason you took out the .cn and .jp? Or was it just a matter of preference?

Both actually, I noticed that on some others that the .cn was causing sites to for whatever google reason, to show a "translate this site" link next to my domain names. After I went in and set the language to english then it dissipated but it was very annoying.

Also, I felt like it would just be easier to eliminate these 2 taking away about 6000 off the total list was not that big of a hit to take since there were so many total.

I sorted out ".CN" and ".JP". In zip you have:
-full list of urls,
-urls without .cn and .jp and
-a list of .jp and .cn urls

Thats great that you generated so many backlinks but whats more important have you seen an improvement in your SERPS?

when was your site last cached by google? what position in the serps where you prior to doing this?

Just curious :)
 
if anyone knows the footprints to harvest these kinda sites i will set up my harvester to harvest a huge list to share

So far since they are new sites created them on the 17th of this month, so about 48 hours ago. I have had one of my KW (not main) do the good ol Google dance from 25th position to 1st and finally settled in at 8th a few hours ago.

So all in all I would have to say yes it has, site was not showing for any KW until AFTER I ran this. I will update further as I see progress.

I have NOT done ANY other backlinking for these 2 sites, strictly because I wanted to test out statblaster.

I should have written down where the original 8 and 3 came from but I did not :(.

Nice list! How do you manage to get so many? I can only find about half of that which are legit..
 
"www.yourdomain.com" is not a backlink.
Try with link:http://www.yourdomain.com or link:yourdomain.com

Put on google: info:yourdomain.com

See what google says: Find web pages that contain the term "www.yourdomain.com"

Also check yahoo site explorer..
