Long time lurker first-time poster. My account here might be new but I am definitely not new to how it all works. I had been reading up on guides and other things across the forums because of knowledge. A common occurrence seems to be that people don't follow it through and when they don't immediately see the success they quit because they don't see the larger picture.

I used to be one of those guys but I am riding this one out till it burns and crashes. I am making this thread to keep me accountable for my actions and maybe get some advice from you guys at BHW along the way so here goes nothing. (labeled volume 1 because this is just the first journey I will be sharing with BHW)

So the first things first as soon as I say the word Youtube the first word that comes to mind is "Saturated" well that's what this journey is aiming to find out. A lot of people quit before they gain the popularity and success they want but I am going to pre make all content for a few days and maybe even weeks to ensure when I do get tired and burned out the channel will remain active.

Before you ask no I won't be performing with an over the top personality who screams at a camera to make a living (although that seems to work for a lot of people) I have one of the most monotone voices ever and that is just not for me. I am not sure exactly how to go about telling BHW about my strategy because then it just might get saturated. The basics will be included in these posts but not the exact recipe (Big reveal may come when I am completely done)

    Day 1:
Not going to lie I have completely stolen this idea that has been around for what looks like 4 years. I have reviewed there content and profit and realized they are making over 12 thousand dollars a month and are no longer uploading content to the channel. My plan is not to have my videos recommended on youtube itself but more or less Google. When ever someone would search for a certain phrase my video would be on that front page (eventually)

The channel I was referring to has over 100,000 videos uploaded and this is how she/he makes all of their money. When ever someone searches just one of those phrases their video comes up first but eventually I will outrank their videos with just slightly better content.

I have already made over 150 videos in 1 afternoon and plan to edit and upload a lot of them if not most of them by day 3. Day 3 is the goal because channel art and logo have not been made yet. I will need to brand my content so content thieves can piss off I will also need watermarks on top of the videos. Youtube art isn't very hard to make but it can take a while to find the right one (I will figure it out eventually)

    Comments and suggestions appreciated
Questions can be asked but may not get responses.

DAFUK? 100,000 uploaded videos on 1 channel? WOW. The most I've seen is like 7,000.

And also wondering what software you use to make 150 videos in 1 afternoon? Thanks

My entire channel is focused around audio more than it is video. I use audacity to record through my microphone and I use ScreenFlow (Noob friendly tool on MacBooks) to edit all of it. Easy to edit sound and video together in these programs.

Each video can range from 30secs to a minute so it's really not that hard to do. Little effort for something this rewarding.

To be exact the channel is almost at 200,000 videos.

Yeah the channel I'm talking about is the same.. 7-20 second videos with just recording audio lol ;)

I was trying to do something mass like this. Not audio focused like your strategy, but with little effort & short videos but couldn't find a quick and easy way to do it, as the way I plan on going forward with everything is a scaling out strategy rather than scaling up.. If I did it manually I would have been able to make, render and upload 30 videos within 3 hours..

If only there was a mass video creation and upload software..

I don't know how the mass video creation would really work... I can't see it working very well for me at least. Presets seem to do the job at the moment.

I pumped up a tron sound track and went to work. I managed to get 25 videos edited and ready for upload in 15minutes. 100 videos every hour seems a little long but I am sure it will pay off in the long run. All about looking at the big picture.

Yeah goodluck man. Mass uploading definitely pays off. And you don't have to hope to reach thousands of views as just hundreds of views across thousands of videos adds up..

Also my videos like this ranked postition 1-4 in google as well within a few days. Strangely didn't rank too well on youtube..

It seems that specific terms rank well in google where as they get thrown amongst similar videos on youtube. It is fine for me because I am targeting google searches instead of youtube.
