Qustion for forum backlink

Hello just have some questions about forums backlinks i'm not perfect talk English language so sorry.
Do forums signature show like this ? My website and if one forum page rank 7 and i got 1,000 posts so i have 1,000 backlinks ?, do its good work ?

its different on forum signature. That will not give you negative impact but for SERP boost you need different links on different site.

lots of links from one forum don't mean much. You need backlinks from 1000 different sites.
