That depends on your definition of 'fake PR".

informationhabitat.com - owned by a large College for 4 years and dropped less than 30 days ago. The college domain msu.edu is a PR8. If the links from msu.edu remain to this domain it will hold PR7. If msu.edu removes the links it's unranked.

idgtechdata.com - 302'd to new domain http://idgtechnetwork.com/ which is PR7. Without the redirect it falls to unranked.

    smokiklub.com - 301's to http://www.smokiclub.com/ a PR5 domain. Once the 301 disappears the PR disappears also.

These are all showing PR currently because they are recent expires. The only one that has potential is the first one. The rest only have PR through redirects. The first one could lose PR if msu.edu pulls the links.

    I don't get 301'ed when I go there.

Interesting. You said the first one is the only useable one. XoRaK says the first two have fake PR.

301 stopped when registered owner let it drop. It's parked now. You're seeing PR from when 301 was active. As long as it's parked Google probably isn't crawling it anymore so PR will stick until it's purchased, developed and Google crawls it again. It might find some old links and return some PR but don't count on it.
