I have website and that have example.com/blog/example-article should i use example.com/quiz/seo or example.com/seo-quiz ? I'm not sure which is better for this but if I'm looking for comfort example.com/quiz/seo is better what do u think?

It really shouldn't matter this much as long as the internal linking and website structure is the same,
so simply go with whatever looks better
