    Hello

A few months back I was scammed by an online company and I want revenge.

I reached an agreement with the company to promote their services, and after working with them for 2 months and sending them numerous sales, they never paid me. They are now using my original banner I had created on their site and are in direct competition with me. I would appreciate any advice on the quickest and easiest ways to have their site penalised by the search engines.

Im sure that many people on this forum would view this as quite easy to do, and although I have been a member on this forum for a while, most of my knowledge is white hat.

Is it just a case of buying a "we'll get you 10,000 backlinks in a day" package from DP forum and linking to the site? What other ways are there to hit the bastard hard? Nothing too techincal please!

    Many thanks

DP products I never tried, but they maybe would work good.

I socialbookmarked my competitor about 200 times in one day - Bookmarking Demon, SEnuke..everything. Let's see what happens.

But this also deppents on the trust of the site, if it's a fresh, new site..it is much easier to penalise, then for a big, old site.

Join a link network like Linkvault or FFA network and place his link. Go to big webmaster forums like DP and post request for buying links. (Mention your URL in the thread.)
Go to Webmasterworld (where google engineers are hanging around) and post your competitors URL and ask for help. Something link" I purchased many links from TLA and TXN to my site (URL of your competitor here) but is not ranking well for my keyword ...."

Create a blogfarm and make it index to google. Put their link on every blogroll of your blogfarm and put "Sponsored Links" Above the link. And Report it to google.

Didnt try it yet but might work coz google bots penalize sites when they see "Sponsored Links", "Link Partner" etc. on your content.

File a complaint at http://www.ripoffreport.com. Also create a blog detailing the issues, then get it ranked for the company name and search terms. Your negative review will come up before their site on SERPs and their business from the search engines will be destroyed.

Nothing to do with search engines, but if they running ads3nse, click on there adverts a few hundred times from a few PC's. They will check there ads3nse account, think they making millions, but a new car and house and quit there jobs - but then G will close there accounts for fraudulent clicks, and they will become hobo crack addicts. Hopefully

Haha I was just thinking to do something like albaniax, I have one competitor in some niche that is annoying me a lot so I was thinking to bookmark his sites a lot of times because few times when I over bookmarked my sites I was penalized. First time I was doing it with socialposter (or maybe socialmarker) and tomorrow I wasn't anywhere in Google. The same thing happened when I was testing a SEnuke, I bookmark it 3 times with all the sites and I dropped like 5 pages in Google. One more idea, when I tried cloaked link on my high PR site, the site I was linking wasn't anywhere in Google, next day I removed cloaked link and it was ranking again well. So you can create bunch of cloaked links, bookmark as many times and as fast as possible with SEnuke and remeber to ping those sites all at once. If you ping like 100 sites and Google finds about 100 new backlinks in one visit to site it will be suspicious.
I am kind a targeting long tail keywords so I rather create 10-50-100 targeted new links over time so I can outrank some guys rather then try to penalize them because if I find good system I can use it all the time.

Here is an idea. Learn your lessons and move on. Revenge is rarely worth it. And the time you spend sabotaging the site, you could be using to build up your online business.

Not worth your effort. Your thinking in 2 dimmensions here. What is your country of origin and the country of origin of the affiliate company?

If they didn't pay you and they are in the US report them for tax fraud. Keep all your records in case it becomes relevant but if you and a few buddies make a few calls you wont see what happens but I promise the IRS will see the discrepency. Again, only if were dealing with the US.

Sorry I don't know international stuff. Anyway. Your best weapon is your elected official. Write your local state prosecutors office. Every letter is read and every letter is handled. It may take a few weeks but it WILL be seen. this is the same thing you have to do if your identity is stolen. The Digital Signature Act does indeed mean that by clicking I accept, you are legaly bound by contractual obligation. Now most of these affiliate companies have clauses that do not hold up in every jurisdiction. In most cases you should be able to recover any lost assets if your willing to expose yourself to big brother. You didn't just agree to promote their products or services, they also legaly agreed to pay you. A contract violation of this nature is, drum roll please, a felony. Hense the need for the state prosecuters office.

not only that but with the ways I'm seeing here to "sabotage" a site you might just be promoting it instead.

spend your time on your own stuff not on other peoples. the point is to further yourself....

Yup, those things I said upthere I would only do on the site that already rank first for the term you want to rank.

use Xrumer and spam their URL to forums....if their site is NOT an authority site it will be deindexed in a week.

look into those ripoffreport/complainboard sites. they tend to rank very high.

also, can build a hate blog on "<offendingcompany>sucks".com?

and as already mentioned, buying a few "choice" links for the company in question and then reporting them down the road to google might do some damage. then again you might be really helping them again.

This does not worth your time and your money. There will always be people like that. Move on and continue building your business. If you have been able to send many leads to them, just redirect your traffic to other company.

And keep the good work with a ... smile!

    I agree

But if you want to revenge that much without taking a lot of time,
use senuke to create mass blog, create mass article with duplicate content repeatedly.
Google will catch them as spam
