Hey guys - long time reader and I am going to try and post more.

Does anyone have a quicker method to pump out websites with xsitepro? I normally copy the site and change the content and photos but it takes so long. I am wondering if anyone has automated this or if anyone can recommend any good vids or instructions please point away. Thanks.

I use several tools but I think it's kinda relevant.

I generally have been using wordpress. I found an easy to work with theme and them customized it the way I wanted.

Now when I upload wordpress to a new subdomian, all i have to do is ftp the php files from my edited version on top of the newly created site.

Then I photoshop the new header image, ftp it, and I'm in there like swimwear.

You get exponentially faster each time you do it. Editing the first theme is the toughest.
