I wasnt too much involved in WPMU in the past so therefore this question.

Say i was starting up a bloggin service and a user of this service has a website with the url say " money.19w08blogservice.com " and he fucks up with spamming too much and too dumb.

Will G penalize besides besides his url also the main .com for beeing " money " as a penalized subdomain?

I would guess not, but just asking the WPMU/G doctors here.

Google gods treat each subdomain as an individual domain. However, if your whole domain has nothing but spam sites with duplicate content, you should make an effort on your part to reduce spam by posting "New signups closed due to spam"
Show Google that you care and you are not entertaining spam. Yes this will be manually checked by G especially if you thousands of blogs and perhaps 90% spam auto created blogs for feeds and getting back links.

If you dont show that you are doing your part to fight spam (show G that you are a victim of spam), else your site will be delisted!

Google doesnt treat each subdomain as an individual domain, I experienced the another behavior already 4 times.

From my experience, if your domain has only a few months/years old (one of mine had 6+ years), and one of the subomains get banned by Google, anything in that domain will get banned. That simple, I experienced it 4 times already. So be careful if you like your domain :)
