Quick question

Ok guys, I've been reading the forum and I have learned a lot. Last week I made $140 selling links... Ezpz.

But I want to make more money so I thought about CPA. I've been thinking about CPA for a while.

Anyways, I applied for neverblue ads and when I was called I had no clue what he was talking about... Seriously... But I didn't know what to expect either. Now I do. But the thing is... I don't know how to control opt outs so is there anyone that can tell me? I know you can use a subscribe feature, but then that would be email marketing right? If so, then I don't want it. I want to get accepted this time.

Oops sorry about that.

And I have used the search and as a matter of fact I have read both of those. And I haven't read anything about how to control "opt outs". Maybe I have missed them. I'll look over it again later.
