Wondering if flippa cares if my domain name is the name of a product? Like for example, if it was
Code:
2013-honda-accord.com
?

i know they dont allow some trademarked names. paypal they dont accept i know that for sure put the domain in the selling form and it will say if it is or not doesnt cost you

I'm assuming it would stop me at the first step? It let me go through a few pages with the URL, I don't want to commit too much time just yet- can't transfer the domain for another month, and I haven't decided if I should hold it or sell it yet.

Why dont ask them? I assume they have some Support team.

They will not open a case against you for asking for a trademark domain, they really dont care about your domain, just if you want to listed in their site.

They do not care untill they get mail from copyright owner.
If they get they will simply disable your listing. BUT as your personal issue you cab get enforcement from lawyer if copyright owner.
Once I have contacted flippa about one of copyrighted domain list and I got the above answer.

Thanks for the info. I don't think the company is actively scouring the web for their branding- they're off brand, and it's actually hard to find their brand/product page on google. They're not even in the first three pages for their product name, or brand + product name.
