I have a blog setup and also write for Yahoo! Contributor regularly, if I write a quick intro of one of my articles on my blog and then link to yahoo for the rest of the article, would it be possible to use fiverr to drive traffic to the blog and in turn they will end up heading to my Yahoo page if they click to read the whole article? Is this is a violation of any policy for Yahoo? Sorry for my ignorance. Thanks.

You shouldnt use fiver to increase your traffic. due to the fact their or no services an fiverr that really get your real visits. All the fiverr gigs that promise you 1k+ users are usually software.
