Quick question about reinstated eBay account.

My last account was suspended because I owe $65.

If I pay right now, the eBay account will be reinstated. Question: will it be reinstated without holds, like in the past, or will it be reinstated like a new account with a hold on PayPal funds?

I want to start selling but but need the money free and clear in my PayPal account.

I paid the money and the account was reinstated without limits. I posted two auctions and started having problems with something different. The answer, if anybody wants to know, is the account will revert to the same status as before the suspension (for non-payment).

Non payment itself should not be a permanent strike. However if the account has strikes for VERO violation or something like that it is kept on the notes forever, basically.
