Quick question about Linkedin Outreach automation

I'm looking to start a Linkedin outreach automation. I see people using tools like HeyReach and http://snov.io/ but I've heard that Linkedin is banning people and these tools.

What are your thoughts on this and can you guide me regarding Linkedin automation is it safe or nah ?

What is being practice being these days ? I want to do my outreach at a low scale.

Principally they request to verify your identity, if you have it, you will have no problems if you warm up your acc.
