Okay so say you go to w/e site and their homepage is PR4 but there's no where to leave your link. You click on a post, Post page is PR0, you comment with your link etc etc. Does the link get anything beneficial to it because the homepage is PR4? I mean like does the post page have to have a high pr in order for you to benefit from it?

if the domain has a higher pr, and your comment is on the Pr 0 like the example above is approved, it will be indexed faster, generally when a site has a higher pr Big G crawls it more often. so you'll get the link faster, but the link back will still be a pr 0. Chances are that if you find a pr 4 domain, they have some posts that have pr.

So in scrape box use custom footprint site:thedomainyourlookingat.com ( no www.) and scrape up all the pages in his site, and filter through blog analyzer, than into pr checker.

If the post page has high PR, and the links are d0f0llow, you will get good link juice from it. But nowadays, posts like that are very hard to come by. So certainly, commenting on inner page that has high PR is certainly better.
