Messaged OpenAI, saying that I had applied a week ago, via MS FoundersHub. Even with my legit AI SaaS, and real use case for a grant, I was rejected.

I just got my Openai credit. I applied over a week ago but got no response. I then sent them a message 2 days ago. They replied todat and requested for my organization ID and I was credited within 2 hours

<A week ago, I passed through the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub and applied for OpenAI credits using the link provided by Microsoft. However, I did not receive the OpenAI credits until yesterday. Later on, I messaged OpenAI through ChatGPT account. After a few hours, They wrote requesting screenshots from Microsoft, and I replied to them.. After that, I received the credits. You can log in to your ChatGPT account and contact them by finding the send message option.

I been messaging them for days, all they reply were the same message template saying they haven't received Microsoft confirmation email yet and asked me to forward it. I did 2 days ago, today I check back with support they still replying the same shxt lol

Did they ask for the microsoft email as well? They ask for both my org ID and confirmation email from microsoft. The email I already forward 2 days ago.

Without spending enough api wouldn't it limit the tier of your api spending, so you won't be able to use all the $2500?
 
I am trying to do my second so want to plan ahead. I don't have my 2nd openai account setup yet.
