I only came across it today, and didn't really think of it earlier. I wish I had. Go to search engines and search for "website value" or "website worth" and you get lots of sites that "Value" your website and tell you it's "Worth" That part isn't important.
The links pretty much are in their system and on their pages instantly. Which provides a backlink to your website. So you can instantly get a few high PR links XD it's simple, and won't do too much. But it's a high PR backlink O_O
