    Hi guys!!
would it be clever to leave the description blank in this plugin?
I was thinking this : if a user enters a keyword is search engine, the se will show relvant result [under the title ofcourse] automatically, hence it's better, since it will be more accurate and relevant for the user
    am I wrong?
    Thanks a lot.

I don't think Google shows a relevant description for you...it pulls something random off your page...like the first paragraph it finds.

Or generally the text near the keyword that someone searched for and where it appears on your site. If that makes sense.

    it does,alot,and that's what I suggested.
The question is if it's better than filling out the description box.

I've had better success filling out description boxes on pages that are already ranking well. I've noticed this increases the CTR which in turn helps my SERP rankings as well. Since a user scans the SERPs and generally quickly looks at the description, if you have a well written description on target with the post then you'll get more visitors.

I strongly recommend writing the description box. Reasons are twofold:

    1. This is your "ad" in the SE results. It is what humans see and read and decide on whether or not to click your link.

Think about it, when searching for something, do you simply click the first links? or do you read for something relevant and compelling and then click that link?

    2. It has some SE effect on rankings. Be sure to put your page relevant keywords here.

    Good luck.
