Who is your registrar? Who are you switching it to? They usually offer information on how to transfer domains onsite. Just call them, they'll assist you.

Should be fairly simple, often your new registrar will offer a transfer service if you are stuck

    Just transfer your domain(s).
Go to your old registrar and check your domain then "unlock it" and make Transfer. When you make it you'll get an "AUTH CODE" (in some registrars you can get the AUTH code without clicking transfer).
Now go to the new registrar and click Transfer then enter your domain name and fill the AUTH code and pay the fees for the transfer (about $7-$10).
The transfer will be complete in about 5 days.
    Good luck.

Now what you have to do is send the guy the EPP code you got from Namecheap (that what I called AUTH code).
The guy have to click TRANSFER and enter the domain name you want to give it. Then he need to enter the EPP code you gave him.
That's all! In about 2-5 days when you whois the domain you'll see it in the other registrar.
