Okay, to be blunt and straight to the point, I'm no newcomer to web development, so please don't talk "down" to me ;)

Concerning the double meta refresh, when viewing our source code, they can easily see that, how does one hide it? I was thinking of obscuring it, but that would raise a red flag. What about creating a loop of iframes, so the companies get so tired from going deeper and deeper, they give up?

Because meta refreshes are so visible, how does the php header("Location: url"); function differ? Will it remove the referrer, get a new one, or just pass along the old one?

Regarding actually testing to see if our methods work, what's a viable way? Using Firefox's "Page Info" seems a little novice, as I'm almost certain eBay/Amazon use a much more proficient way, or do they just use

    Code:
    echo $_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER']
