questions regarding to dropship businesses on instagram

I have noticed that many dropship sites in the fashion niche are requesting partnerships with amature models. The ladies need to wear the clothes of the dropship company and give a shoutout in order to get a cut from the profit share.
I find it kinda dirty how they approach the girls by calling them out for baby, hottie, sexy etc etc. I would definetly take a different approach.

So my first question to start the topic will be: Why are all these dropship sites never older than 2 months?

My second question by the way: Do you think this shoutout method have a profitable effect? They are literally bugging each and every girl.


All the sites look really good, eventhough it'll take roughly just take 2-3 hours to build it.
