    Hey guys,

I have a few questions and i hope you can help me.

I created an ebook using content from other ebooks i found online. I used content only from PLR ebooks and ebooks which offer giveaway rights. After i put everything together in my ebook, i've rewritten the content. The ebook has over 100 pages and i rewrote almost every paragraph in it using my own words. The part in my ebook that remained unchanged was the content i took from PLR ebooks.

Now my fellow blackhatters, my questions are:

1.What are the legal risks if i offer this ebook to my site members?
2.Can i put my name on this ebook and use it as my own work?
3.If one of the original writers find my ebook and see that it's similar to their work can they sue me? ( i live in an east-european country and my site is hosted in the US). What laws will apply to me?
4.The site where i will release this ebooks is private and people can only access it if they pay. Are there any chances of being caught?
5.Can the original writer sue me without asking me to take down the content? Do they have to ask me first or they can sue me right away?
    6. I wont host the ebook on my server. I will host in on a file hosting site. Am i protected this way? (even if my ebook has my name and my site's address on it)
    7. Is there any disclaimer that i can include in my ebook so i won't be resposible for the content?
8.And the final question is: Can they do anything if i rewrote the content?

    For example:

"I've come across a website that offers a great service."

    I changed to:

"I found a site that has to offer a great service."

    Is this enough?

Please reply if you can help. It is really important to me.

    Thank you!

What follows is not legal advice.

It all depends on what rights the PLR content came with.

If you were assigned the rights, and it states that you can rewrite the content and make it your own, then you'll be fine - as long as you have it in writing.

But usually, with PLR, you can't change the content. You just gain the right to sell it.

Are you sure about the rewritten example, as the meaning of the new bit is completely different to that of the original bit. You have barely rewrite the sentence, but what you have done has completely changed the meaning.

One is about what they do, the new one is what you expect them to do.

P.s. This as well as everything that I have said is not legal advice.
