Q1. I want change the permalinks from
    /%category%/%postname%/
    to
    /%postname%/
Is it good or bad? (post similar posts in my site and post many of them)
how does it effect on SEO? my all B-links are lost? if yes then can i redirect?

Q2. If i post content to target more keywords, does it effect already ranked keywords? I mean ranking of already indexed pages fall due to this (posting for more keywords)?

I think it will be better if you target your keywords first time and then start working for them.
In most cases changing contents effect the position of keyword.
I think you know the importance of contents for keywords.
If you want to target new keywords then open a new page with your targeting keywords.
Then your position for old keyword and working for new keyword both will be alright ;).

I have a WP site and i cant post "posts" in pages except main page... i have to post on the main page thats the problem... Thats why i asked about permalinks which are important in SEO. I think HTML site is favorable for this? because neither category pages are ranked in G nor the tag pages... My all site is ranked with whatever keyword it is ranked....

-- In my opinion it is better, as for example, 1 post can have several top level category, in that case it may have problems, so the 2nd one is better for consistency, and does'nt change url if you make some changes in category.

    Wao....
My Links are automatically Redirected from /%category%/%postname%/
    to
/%postname%/ Now i want to know weather the linkjuice is also redirected? If it is, then there will be no affect to rankings surely?
