Questions for Current Xrumer Owners/Users

So, I think I am gonna buy Xrumer instead of paying for blasts. I spend enough through a couple of services to justify buying the program, but I have some questions.

Learning Curve - I understand there is a learning curve, but how hard is it and is it more of a language barrier or is it with the actual program use. Are there any ebooks or tutorials around that are decent?

Hosting - Do you definitely need a dedi or can you get by with a vps? Also, does it need to be off shore hosting? Can anyone recommend a good host?

Database - Does it come with a database or do you purchase or harvest your own?
